KOTI President Kee Yeon HWANG participated in “Urban Mobility India 2010” held in New Delhi, India from Dec. 3 through Dec. 5, 2010. During the event's second-day session on urban infrastructure planning, Mr.HWANG made a presentation on “Flyover: Yes or No,” explaining Seoul's restoration of Cheonggyecheon Stream, which involved the dismantling of an elevated highway.
